ANIPIO Seminar
On 14th November, at the l'Hotel Best Western Rivoli in Florence, the ANIPIO (the National Association of Nurses Specialising in Infective Risk) seminar on " Biological Risk in the Healthcare Sector: Preventive Measures" will be held.
The workshop will focus on the strategic tools to prevent biological risk in the healthcare setting. The main subject will be the transposition of Directive 32/2010/EU and how it is applied in Italy.

Dr. Maria Mongardi, Chair of the National Association of Nurses Specialising in Infective Risk, during the ANIPIO seminar 'Biological Risk in the Healthcare Sector: Preventive Measures', held in Florence on 14th November 2014, gave us an interview that touched upon biological risk for healthcare workers, the objectives of the SIROH project, the European directive that has been recently implemented in Italy, the interventions to determine future investments to reduce biological risks for healthcare workers.
